Ingredients
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 little of grounded pepper
- 1 table spoon coconut oil
- 1 egg?
- Half Avocado ?
- 2 table spoon cottage cheese
- 1 little bit of lemon juice
Steps
Set a pan with medium heat and put 1 table spoon of coconut oil and wait until the temperature is high enough until the oil starts to flow waterly
Put 1 whole egg into the hot pan, and fry until it gets well cooked.
Toast your bread
Paste some cottage cheese on your toast
Mashed avocado, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. And then paste it over the cottage cheese on toast.
Add on the top with fried egg.
