Homemade 1/2 meter pizza


  1. 4 big cups white flour
  2. 2 medium size eggs
  3. 2 big spoons of yeast
  4. 1 big spoon of baking powder
  5. 1/4 cup milk
  6. 1/4 cup olive oil
  7. 1/2 cup hot water
  8. 1 spoon sugar
  9. 1/2 spoon salt
  10. Hot dog
  11. Olives
  12. Mozarella cheese


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together until they are homogeneous

  2. Now add the wet ingredients one by one and start mixing. Keep on mixing until you get a consistent dough that doesn’t stick to your hands

  3. You can add more flour and oil as needed to get a consistent dough

  4. After getting a consistent dough, cover the mixture by plastic wrap or plastic bags and leave it in a warm place for 15 to 30 mintes

  5. After that your dough will fluff

  6. Now extend and roll your dough on an even lightly floured surface

  7. Put your dough on a big furnace plate about 1/2 meter, lightly apply oil on the surface of the plate

  8. Dress with sliced onions, tomatoes, green pepper, and olives. And dress with hot dogs or as desired

  9. Let it cook in the furnace for about 15 to 30 minutes at 230°c, but check it every 5 minutes so it won’t burn

  10. After the dough is well cooked, add the mozarella cheese or any types of cheese you want, then let it redden and melt in the furnace. Bon appetit!
