Homemade mac and cheese

I might try adding chicken and making this into a main meal.


  1. Any kind of noodles
  2. 1 lot of garlic
  3. 2 teapoons of onion and parsley
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. For the cheese sauce
  6. 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  7. 1 1/2 stick butter
  8. 2 cups cheese
  9. 1/2 cup milk


  1. Make the noodles. I like to season the noodles as well. So I put the salt and some garlic powder.

  2. Melt the butter and the cream cheese. Keep stirring you dont want it to stick or burn.

  3. Add the sauce to the noodles and add the garlic salt and pepper and stir the snot out of it… add more cheese to it and keep stirring it…. I like to keep the burner on low it helps the cheese to melt to it…

  4. Mix some of the cheese to it and stir it. And milk

  5. Taste it to make sure it is the way you like it and boom done…
