Japchae with Shirataki Noodle

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Shirataki Noodle
  2. 50 gr Beef
  3. 1 bowl Spinach
  4. 1/2 stick Carrots
  5. 1/4 Onions
  6. 4 pcs Mushrooms
  7. Sesame seeds
  8. Salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce,
  9. 1/4 bowl Water

Steps

  1. Pan fried onions, add carrots

  2. Add beef, then mushrooms

  3. Add soy sauce and pepper

  4. Add spinach, then noodles, and a bit of water

  5. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce

  6. Insert sesame seeds and sesame oil
