This moist and flavorful chicken was hard to put down!
- 10 chicken legs
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 3/4 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp Chinese 5-Spice
Add the seasonings to the oil and mix very well.
Stir well occasionally during a two hour marinade.
Pre-heat oven at 425°. Put the chicken legs in a large bowl and pour the seasoned oil over top and stir until the chicken is completely coated.
Place legs on a flat sheet and drizzle any leftover seasoned oil on top of the chicken. Line your sheet with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning once, or until done. Serve hot.
