Jerk marinade

This recipe is really fast and easy to make. It comes in handy when making chicken wings, jamaican jerk chicken, and also fish. you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks

Ingredients

  1. 2 scotch bonnets
  2. 3 spring onions
  3. 1/2 lime
  4. 3 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 bouillon cube
  7. 2 teaspoon thyme
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 4 pcs garlic
  10. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  12. 1/2 onion
  13. Pinch cinnamon
  14. 1 teaspoon cumin

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients together and blend
