Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  2. 1 cup white sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Heat krumkake iron on top of stove over medium heat (unless you’re using electric)

  2. In a bowl, mix your butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix with a spoon

  3. Pour in your milk, flour, and vanilla. Mix well

  4. Place teaspoon of batter into iron and press until brown, which usually takes 30 seconds on each side

  5. Remove batter and roll around stick or cone before it hardens

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have no more batter remaining

  7. Enjoy!
