Filipino Dish
Ingredients
- 1 lb Leftover roasted pork, chopped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp liver spread
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 onion, chopped into small cubes
- 1/4 cup knorr liquid seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 pcs lime
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp crushed dried chili
- Some green and red chilis, sliced
- Spring onions, sliced
Steps
Melt butter in a pan
Add onion, cook until transparent
Add lechon and stir
Add liver spread and mix until well combined
Add garlic powder, liquid seasoning, crushed dried chilis, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes in medium heat
Stir in mayonnaise and cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat.
Sprinkle green and red chilis and spring onions on top, squeeze lime and add hot sauce if desired.
