  • 4ounces drained weight canned portabella mushrooms
  • 3ouncesswiss cheese
  • 14 cupchicken broth or 1/4cupvegetable broth
  • 2tablespoonsalmond flour
  • 1tablespoon grated parietal cheese
  • 1tablespoon melted butter

    DIRECTIONS

  • Add butter or ghee to a pan.
  • Sautee green beans for 5 minutes or until tender crisp.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in cream cheese, Swiss cheese and broth and stir until cheese are melted.
  • Transfer to a small casserole dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine grayed parmesan and almond flour with melted butter for topping
  • Crumble topping evenly over dish.
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, uncovered,in a 450°F preheated oven to lightly brown and crisp topping.
