Ingredients
- 2 large cajun sausages, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 8-10 small red potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 tbsp. old bay seasoning
- 6 quarts water
- 2-3 pounds shelled, deveined uncooked medium shrimp
- 6-8 ears fresh corn, halved
- 1/8 tsp salt
Steps
In large pot, combine sausages, potatoes and bay seasoning with enough water to cover; bring to a boil over medium heat. When potatoes are almost tender, add shrimp. When shrimp turn pink, add corn. Cover and cook until tender.
