Mango Ambra Spaghetti Squash

Looking for a fresh new recipe for your spaghetti squash? I found this to be delicious!


  1. 1 Spaghetti squash
  2. Mango Ambra sauce(Trador Joe's)
  3. Handful fresh cilantro
  4. Asparagus as side dish
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Olive oil


  1. Set oven to 400 degrees. Cut the spaghetti squash in half, and rub the cut side with olive oil. Salt and pepper optional. Then bake in oven for 45 minutes.

  2. Prep asparagus (salt and pepper optional) Rub asparagus in olive oil. Put in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

  3. Once spaghetti squash is finished baking, take fork and piece through the flesh. It will come out in spaghetti like strands? Then take the Mango Ambra sauce and pour to liking (like salad dressing) add a handful of fresh cilantro. Pairs very well with the asparagus! Enjoy!
