Ingredients
- In season vegetables of your choice
- 5 cups water
- 5 cups stock or bone broth
- 1 Tbs cumin
- 1 Tbs gingee/garlic paste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 saffron strands
- 1 cup rice ir barley
- 2 cups red kidney beans
Steps
Chop 2 of every chosen vegetable and put in pot of water and stock.
Add spices
Add washed rice or barley
Lastly add soaked red beans
Bring to the boil and simmer covered for 45mins stiring occasionally
