Pancakes for breakfast

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup flour
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 3/4 cup milk
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 2 tablespoons butter melted

Steps

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix.

  2. Combine the wet ingredients in measuring cups stir them up and add them to the dry ingredients

  3. Mix but not a lot.

  4. Put on a hot griddle in small spoonfuls

  5. When bubbles rise and pop turn the pancake over.

  6. You may have to adjust the temperature of the grill.

  7. When the pancake is brown on both sides, take it off. Butter it up. Pour lots of syrup on it. Enjoy!
