- INGREDIENTS 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 cp chopped candied pecans
- 6 cups Moonshine
In a saucepan combine the water, sugar, and chopped candied pecans
Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar and remove from heat.
Let sit and cool. About 20 minutes.
In 3 pint-sized mason jars, divide the simple syrup and top with Moonshine.
Shake Moonshine and let it sit daily for 4 days.
Strain out the pecans and transfer to a clean jar.
The longer the Moonshine sits the better it becomes.
Make sure to strain Moonshine through a fine mesh strainer, to catch all of the pieces of pecans.
