Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  1. 12 Roma Tomatoes, Cored & Diced
  2. 3 Jalapenos, Cored and Finely Chopped
  3. 1 Large Onion, Diced
  4. 1-2 tbsp Garlic, Minced
  5. 3-4 tbsp EVOO
  6. 1 Green Onion, Diced
  7. Juice of 1 Lime
  8. 1/4-1/2 cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  9. 2-3 tsp Kosher Salt

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.

  2. Cover and place into refrigerator. Allow to rest for several hours minimum until flavors have melded together.
