I was trying keto one time and wanted to try some new recipes. This is similar to one I found but experimented and turned into my own thing. I hope y’all enjoy it and can make it your own as well!
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 onion
- 12 oz tomato sauce of choice. I use spaghetti sauce
- 2 tbsp. Garlic
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 bag shredded cheese or more!!!
Cook hamburger, onion, and garlic. Add tomatoes and mushrooms and olives.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour mixture into baking dish. Pour cheese thickly on top and bake for 25 minutes.
