Potato Chips Chicken

This is something totally different than what I usually make. This recipe is not for weightwatchers. But if you have a family member (or a husband) that likes to buy potato chips but just eats a little and leaves it forgotten in the cupboard then this recipe is perfect for you, as long as the potato chips are not expired yet.

  1. 500 gm chicken breast slices
  2. 200 gm potato chips
  3. 2-3 large eggs
  4. Salt (optional)

  1. Prepare the chicken slices by making sure they’re thin (thicker ones will cause extra work later on)

  2. Crush potato chips in a bowl. Your hand will be in pa.in after this, unless you use a blender.

  3. Mix eggs in a bowl. This is where you add salt, if needed. I didn’t add salt because the potato chips were heavily salted already from the pack.

  4. Dip chicken slices in egg and coat with the crushed potato chips. Use high to medium flame, non stick frying pan with a little bit of cooking oil (you can keep adding later if you want). Make sure both sides are cooked.

  5. Put the chicken aside on a kitchen towel to absorb oil. Serve hot with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
