Quick Cheesy Buns

This recipe originated as Omni bread.With a few more added ingredients, became a great vegetarian biscuit/bun.Great for burgers, with butter or jelly, etc. Gluten free, Paleo & Vegetarian friendly.


  1. 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flout
  2. 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
  4. 1-2 Tablespoon Water
  5. 1 Tablespoon Butter (melted)
  6. 1 egg
  7. Grated Cheese
  8. Onion or Granulated Powder
  9. Garlic or Granulated/Minced Garlic
  10. Italian seasonings (optional)


  1. Mix dry ingredients and we ingredients in separate bowls. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well. Place in a microwave safe dish, preferably a round bun size dish like a mug or ramekin. Place in microwave 60-90 seconds (90 works best)
