Ragi dosa

My own way of different and healthy dosa for everyone


  1. 1 cups Urad dal
  2. 2 tsp Methi seeds
  3. 2 cups Ragi flour
  4. 2 tbsp Salt
  5. 4 cups Water


  1. Wash and soak urad dal and methi seeds for 4 hrs or overnight.

  2. Grind them very finely and mix it with ragi flour and salt with little water for the required consistency.

  3. Let the batter sit for fermentation for 8 hrs

  4. Once the batter gets fermented mix it with little water and make dosa in a hot tawa.

  5. Pour little oil/ghee, turn other side.

  6. Tasty and healthy ragi dosa is ready to serve.
