Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Loaf

This is perfect for a picnic dessert, or a nice fall evening.

Ingredients

  1. Vanilla Loaf Bread
  2. Chocolate Mousse
  3. Raspberries
  4. Blackberries
  5. Sugar

Steps

  1. Create your mousse by following the instructions on the box. If you have home mousse, even better.

  2. Now, take quite a few raspberries, and add enough blackberries to balance it.

  3. Blend up the blackberries and raspberries, and add any sugar if necessary. You should only need to add a pinch or two.

  4. Once puree is done, use your finger and lightly press a depression in the vanilla loaf bread.

  5. Add scoops of mousse in the indentation, and drizzle it over with the puree.
