Ingredients
- 1 whole chicke cup into 8 pieces
- 5 cloves garlic mince
- 1 big onion cut small cubes
- 2 pcs orange
- salt
- 2 pcs potato cut big cubes
- pepper
- cinnamon stick and powder
- 20 pcs cardamom
- 10 pcs cloves
- 3 pcs bay leaf
- 1 tomato
- tomato paste
- cooking oil
- kadi water
- saffaron
Steps
In the caserol put cooking oil,then onion, garlic, zest of orange, cinamon stick, cardamom and cloves
Put the chicken, orange juice, tomato and tomato paste
Put the potato then little water…put the half cooked rice..put ladi water and saffaron on top.wait for 45 mins to cook..then serve…garnish fried onion and cillantro leaves
