Ringly potato chips


  1. potato half kg
  2. gram flour 50gms
  3. 2 tsp peprica powder
  4. 1.5 tsp salt
  5. water half cup
  6. 2 cup oil


  1. Cut potato into ring shape then soaked into cold water for 1 hour to remove starch.

  2. Take a bowl add gram flour and water peprica powder and salt zeera powder and mx well make a paste.

  3. Take a pan add oil then fry potato and make chips.

  4. Serve with green cuttni and potato.
