Ingredients
- 6 large red peppers
- 6 cloves garlic (in halves, optional)
- Oil and salt (necessary amount)
- Aluminum foil
- Baking dish
- Sealed airtight glass container
Steps
Ingredients:
Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Wash the peppers
Arrange it lying on the baking dish
Put it in the oven, cook it for 20 minutes
Remove the baking dish from the oven, turn the peppers (opposite side)
Place it in the oven again, cook it for another 20 minutes
Remove the baking dish from oven, cover it with aluminum foil
Leave it to rest for 20 minutesRemove the foil

In the sealed airtight container put a small amount of oil
Place a layer of peppers
Add garlic
Salt
Cover it again with oil, add another layer of peppers
Add salt
Repeat these steps until the container is completed
