Roasted Red Bell Pepper

A simply delicious dish adopted worldwide that comes from Spanish cuisine.
It is super simple to prepare and incredibly tasty.

Ingredients

  1. 6 large red peppers
  2. 6 cloves garlic (in halves, optional)
  3. Oil and salt (necessary amount)
  4. Aluminum foil
  5. Baking dish
  6. Sealed airtight glass container

Steps

  1. Ingredients:

  2. Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  3. Wash the peppers

  4. Arrange it lying on the baking dish

  5. Put it in the oven, cook it for 20 minutes

  6. Remove the baking dish from the oven, turn the peppers (opposite side)

  7. Place it in the oven again, cook it for another 20 minutes

  8. Remove the baking dish from oven, cover it with aluminum foil
    Leave it to rest for 20 minutes

  9. Remove the foil

  11. The seeds from the peppers

  12. Wash it and let the water drain

  13. In the sealed airtight container put a small amount of oil

  14. Place a layer of peppers

  15. Add garlic

  16. Salt

  17. Cover it again with oil, add another layer of peppers

  18. Add salt

  19. Repeat these steps until the container is completed
    Garlic is not to be placed in all layers

  20. Store it inside the refrigerator until consumed
    It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
    It can be stored in the freezer
