I wanted something simple for my kids and I came up with this! I hope y’all enjoy!
- 1 pkg pork country style ribs, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 tbsp oil (I used Nutiva Coconut oil w/non-dairy butter flavor)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Salt-free seasoning blend
- 1 jar pasta sauce
Dice meat and garlic. Add oil to a skillet over med-high heat. Add garlic and saute till lightly Brown. Add meat and seasonings.
Cook until browned and drain. Add sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve!
