Ingredients
- 200 ml soy milk
- 50 g yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. honey
Steps
Place the banana in a plastic bag and crush it from the outside with your hands.
Put it in a bowl and add other ingredients and mix.
Warning! Please do not give honey to children under 1 year old.
