Soy milk banana drink

A breakfast drink for busy mornings

Ingredients

  1. 200 ml soy milk
  2. 50 g yogurt
  3. 1 banana
  4. 2 tsp. lemon juice
  5. 2 tsp. honey

Steps

  1. Place the banana in a plastic bag and crush it from the outside with your hands.

  2. Put it in a bowl and add other ingredients and mix.

  3. Warning! Please do not give honey to children under 1 year old.
