Spicy Wings with Thai Curried Rice and Seasoned Herbs

This dish made the dinner on our thanksgiving a blast.

The honey on the chicken made the rice a bit sweet though!

Ingredients

  1. Spicy Wings
  2. 1/2 kgs. Chicken Wings
  3. 3 tbsp Honey
  4. 3 tsp Cayenne
  5. 1 tsp Paprika
  6. 1 pinch Salt
  7. 1 pinch Pepper
  8. Thai Curried Rice
  9. 1 cup Rice
  10. 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  11. 1 tsp Mustard
  12. 4 tsp Thai Seasoning
  13. 5 tbsp Thai Sauce
  14. Seasoned Herbs
  15. Asparagus
  16. Brocollini
  17. 1 pinch Salt
  18. 1 pinch Pepper
  19. 1 tsp Red Wine

Steps

  1. In a clean bowl, mix together the honey, salt, pepper, paprika and the cayenne. Put the chicken and let it sit there for 1 hour.

  2. Fry the chicken. Add the marinade once its done cooking.

  3. In a hot pot, mix together the soy sauce, mustard, Thai Seasoning and Sauce. Put the rice and stir until the rice tenders.

  4. In other bowl, mix together the wine, salt and pepper. Put the asparagus and brocollini

  5. Serve and enjoy!
