Delicious, simple, full of flavors, and fast.
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoons ground beef drippings/tallow
- 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Peel the onion. Cut in half then slice medium thickness.
Add to a hot skillet with the tallow. Let the onion caramelize.
When they have caramelized add the steaksauce mixed with water.
Stirfry till just tender.
