Steaksauce Onions

Delicious, simple, full of flavors, and fast.


  1. 1 large onion
  2. 1 teaspoons ground beef drippings/tallow
  3. 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 steak sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon water
  5. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Peel the onion. Cut in half then slice medium thickness.

  2. Add to a hot skillet with the tallow. Let the onion caramelize.

  3. When they have caramelized add the steaksauce mixed with water.

  4. Stirfry till just tender.
