Stuffed green pepper taco with Parma chip

Just having a bit of fun!

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pound extra lean beef
  2. 6 green peppers (save 2 tops to dice)
  3. 2 bell peppers diced
  4. 1/4 diced red onion
  5. 1/2 diced jalapeño
  6. Cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  7. Rice cauliflower
  8. Minced garlic
  9. Ketchup
  10. Water
  11. Taco seasoning
  12. Cheddar cheese
  13. Parmesan cheese crisp
  14. 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  15. 1 slice jalapeño
  16. Shredded cheddar cheese
  17. Bake at 350' until golden brown top sprinkle of shredded cheese

Steps

  1. Cook ground beef

  2. Add Garlic, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, jalapeño & ketchup

  3. Add rice cauliflower then taco seasoning with a little bit of water

  4. Cook until ready then stuff green peppers top with shredded cheese

  5. Put parmesan cheese on parchment paper then place fresh slice jalapeño and press down

  6. Baked at 350′ until golden brown then top with a little bit shredded cheese…place in oven to melt

  7. Gently place Parma chip on top of green pepper taco and bake until green pepper is ready to eat
