Ingredients
- 8-10 Shrimps
- 1 teaspoon Tom Yum paste
- 0.3 – 0.4 oz ginger
- 1 small chili pepper (less if you want the dish to be less spicy/hot)
- Lime juicy (1/2 lime)
- 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3.5 oz asparagus (4 – 5 sticks)
Steps
Devein shrimps or use undeveined shrimps (if shrimps are undeveined the paste partially stays on the shrimp shell)
In a pan melt butter and add olive oil
Grind garlic, ginger and chili pepper and add to the pan
Add tom yum paste and stir until all ingredients are mixed together
Add shrimps, chopped asparagus and lime juice
Fry on high heat for 10 minutes
