Tofu Macaroni and Veggie Soup

Easy toddler meal but good for us adults too. Hope you like it!


  1. 2 handfull of macaroni
  2. Half a tomato, cut into cubes
  3. 1 carrot, peeled and cut into cubes
  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. Half a large firm tofu, cut into cubes
  6. Some water
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Chicken powder if needed


  1. Add the water. Let it simmer.

  2. Then add in the macaroni and carrot. Simmer until the macaroni a bit cooked.

  3. Then add in the tomato and tofu.

  4. Simmer. Add the seasonings.

  5. Taste test. Cooked until everything is soft or until it suits your taste.

  6. Serve.
