Easy toddler meal but good for us adults too. Hope you like it!
- 2 handfull of macaroni
- Half a tomato, cut into cubes
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 clove garlic
- Half a large firm tofu, cut into cubes
- Some water
- Chicken powder if needed
Add the water. Let it simmer.
Then add in the macaroni and carrot. Simmer until the macaroni a bit cooked.
Then add in the tomato and tofu.
Simmer. Add the seasonings.
Taste test. Cooked until everything is soft or until it suits your taste.
