Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. Tri-Tip Roast
  2. 4 Crushed Garlics Chopped
  3. 3 Small Bell Peppers Mulit-Color Sliced Julienne
  4. 1/2 Charlotte Chopped
  5. 1 1/2 Cup Veg. Broth
  6. 2 Packages Orka (Frozen)
  7. Rice White or Brown
  8. French Bread
  9. Seasonings:
  10. Slap Your Mama Seasonings
  11. Paprika
  12. Salt
  13. Pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat Oven To 370°

  2. Season The Roast Well And Let It Rest

  3. In A Large Pan Sauté The Ingredients With Butter, Under Medium ? Fire

  4. Sear Roast For 2-3 Minutes On Both Sides

  5. Add Veggie Broth. Turn Off The Stove. Carefully Cover With Foil

  6. Place In Oven For 60-90 Minutes. Depending On Taste

  7. In A Cast Iron Skillet Add A Little Oil To Cover The Pan

  8. Add The Orka, Under Medium ? Fire And Season

  9. Stir Until All The Slime Is Gone

  10. In Cooking ? Rice Follow The Directions
