  1. 2 cups Almond milk
  2. 1 cup frozen or fresh berries(I used blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  3. 1/2 Banana
  4. 4 tbsps Quaker 1 minute oats
  5. 2 tbsps chia seeds
  6. 1/2 cup Spinach or kale (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend smoothly
    Serve immediately with nuts topping
    My Tip:

    U can add 1/2 cup of spinach or kale (optional) to this smoothie
