Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 1 cup frozen or fresh berries(I used blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 Banana
- 4 tbsps Quaker 1 minute oats
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Spinach or kale (optional)
Steps
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend smoothly
Serve immediately with nuts topping
