Tulips Fijian Kokoda?

I first had this dish at local resturant in Pacific Harbour Fiji I missed its fantastic fresh flavour when I returned to Australia so I had to learn to make my own?


  1. 4 fresh Tuna Steaks diced
  2. Juice of 1 lime
  3. 1 Spanish onion diced
  4. 1 large Tomato diced
  5. 1 bunch fresh Corriander chopped
  6. 1 fresh coconut milk or 1 can coconut cream
  7. to taste Salt


  1. Marinate the fish for 3 hours in the lime juice

  2. Chop and add the tomato onion and corriander to the bowl of tuna and lime juice

  3. Add the coconut milk or cream and serve from a shared bowl. Add salt to taste.
