Turkey avocado bacon sandwiches (with rosemary olive oil rolls)

Great Sunday evening lunch/dinner! The rosemary olive oil rolls are consolatory homemade! Me and my dad made this today! We wanted to experiment a little and try something new. My dad (from past tries with other recipes we’ve made) has learned that the best combination for dinner is turkey, avocado, and bacon! The rolls are simple and easy to make. All you need are some freak made bakery roll (small) and some olive oil (as well as rosemary and salt)

Ingredients

  1. 24 turkey breast strips
  2. 12 bacon strips (cooked without anything on them)
  3. 2 whole ripe avocados
  4. For the rolls:
  5. 12 fresh small bakery rolls
  6. Olive oil (about 1 cup)
  7. 2 tablespoons rosemary
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. For the sweet potato fries:
  10. 1 whole sweet potato

Steps

  1. Grill the turkey until cooked (do not put anything on it)

  2. Peel and core avocado. Then slice.

  3. For the rolls:

  4. Take your bakery rolls and rub with olive oil using your hand or a paint brush (smear throughly all around)

  5. Dash with rosemary (each)

  6. Sprinkle a little bit of salt on each

  7. Cut in half and grill until you get those nice brown grill marks

  8. Assemble:

  9. Place your avocado, turkey, and bacon on rolls (evenly)

  10. Enjoy!
