Turkey kabab

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs ground turkey
  2. 1 large onion
  3. 3 cloves garlic
  4. 1 tablespoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon of
  6. Allspice
  7. Pepper
  8. Garlic powder
  9. Onion powder
  10. Cumin is a must
  11. Ginger
  12. Crushed red pepper
  13. Italian seasoning
  14. Turmeric
  15. 1/2 cup of
  16. Dry coriander
  17. Dry parsley
  18. 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  19. Cooking sauce
  20. 1/4 cup Juice of the onion and garlic
  21. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  22. 1 tablespoon paprika

Steps

  1. Chop the onion and garlic use the blender and blend it till you get the juice off squeeze the mixture and save the juice for the sauce

  2. Mix the meat with all the dry ingredients with the squeeze onion and garlic mixture very well marinated and seasoned and let it rest for at least hour

  3. Take portion of meat and mold into round patties long using a wooden skewers then push it off it

  4. Cook in heated oven 450 f while you cooking brush with the cooking sauce and half the way Flip the meat and brush more with the sauce enjoy
