Urad daal vada


  1. 1 cup Urad daal
  2. Salt
  3. 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  4. 1 pinch Sodium bicarbonate


  1. Soak urad daal for two hours. Then remove water and grind into a paste.

  2. Then add salt n pepper and soda in it and mix well.

  3. Take the other pan and heat oil in it. Deep fry all the vadas in by one.

  4. U can eat this with sambhar or chutney
