- 1 cup Urad daal
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 pinch Sodium bicarbonate
Soak urad daal for two hours. Then remove water and grind into a paste.
Then add salt n pepper and soda in it and mix well.
Take the other pan and heat oil in it. Deep fry all the vadas in by one.
U can eat this with sambhar or chutney
