Vegan Banana Protein Pancakes


  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1-2 scoops protein powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 1 cup dairy-free milk
  6. 1/2 cup applesauce
  7. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  10. 1 banana


  1. Combine the flour, baking powder, protein powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

  2. Stir in the milk, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds and mix until the batter is smooth.

  3. Add the banana and mash into the batter.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour the batter on the skillet and flip once bubbles start to form on the pancakes. Cook until brown.

  5. Serve with some vegan butter, fresh fruit, and maple syrup on top.
