Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup chicken broth
  2. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  6. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  7. 2 cloves minced garlic
  8. 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  9. 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  10. 1 cup onions sliced
  11. 1 cup carrots sliced
  12. 1 cup snap peas halved
  13. 1 box cooked noodles (I used linguine)

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl combine broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and sit to the side

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet.

  3. Add garlic and ginger to the pan

  4. Add mushrooms, carrots, onions, and peas; stir fry until tender

  5. Add noodles and sauce until well blended

  6. Enjoy!!
