Vegetable soup

Ingredients

  1. 2 quarts stock
  2. 1/2 cup diced raw carrots
  3. 1/2 cup diced celery
  4. 11/2 cups diced potatoes
  5. Salt
  6. 2 cups tomatoes
  7. 1/2 cup canned peas
  8. 1 onion cut
  9. Pepper
  10. Onion seasoning
  11. Celery salt

Steps

  1. Heat stock add vegetables simmer 1 hour

  2. Add seasoning

  3. Serve hot
