Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons peanut or regular butter
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or walnuts or blueberries
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Steps
Melt butter, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until cooked throughout. Serves 3-4.
