- 1 zucchini
- 1/4 cup butter
- 7-8 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp Italian season
- 3-4 tbsp Flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parm cheese
Chop zucchini in 1/4 inch thick half moon pieces.
Place in a deep, greased, oven safe pan.
Preheat oven to 350
In a sauce pan on medium heat saute onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
Add flour and whisk together.
Add milk whisk together until thickened.
Take off heat and add parm cheese.
Pour over zucchini and put into oven for 15 minutes.
