Chive Vinaigrette
Makes 1/2 cup
In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. chopped chives, 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp. Dijon mustard. Gradually whisk in 1/4 cup olive oil until well blended. Season with kosher salt and pepper.
