The latest food recalls involve Cadbury and a variety of desserts made by the manufacturer M\u00fcller. The Food Standards Agency has issued a warning asking customers to return the chocolate products to the store for a refund, because of the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes.<\/p>\n
Six Cadbury chocolate yoghurt products are being recalled. These items are the Daim, Dairy Milk Buttons, Dairy Milk Chunks, Crunchie and Flake and a six-pack of Cadbury Heroes Chocolate Desserts.<\/p>\n

The FSA said: \u201cThe products listed above might be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.<\/p>\n
\u201cSymptoms caused by this organism can be similar to flu and include high temperature, muscle ache or pain, chills, feeling or being sick and diarrhoea.<\/p>\n
\u201cSome people are more vulnerable to listeria infections, including those over 65 years of age, pregnant women and their unborn babies, babies less than one-month-old and people with weakened immune systems.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to the Food and Drug Administrator, Listeria monocytogenes is \u201crare but very serious\u201d.<\/p>\n
Don’t miss… <\/strong> As for what the FSA advises customers to do, \u201cIf you have bought any of the above products do not eat them.<\/p>\n “Instead, return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund (with or without a receipt)\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cFor more information contact M\u00fcller at team_cccare@muller.co.uk or 07354 835 893.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/p>\n A spokesperson from Muller UK & Ireland told The Telegraph: \u201cM\u00fcller produces these products under license from Mondelez International and has stressed that this does not impact any other products it produces in the UK or other markets.<\/p>\n \u201cThe business has informed the Food Standards Agency of this action and they have issued a Product Information Recall Notice.\u201d<\/p>\n Morrisons, on the other hand, is one of a few supermarkets who is reecalling goat cheese made by Lactalis McLelland Ltd.<\/p>\n Four of the manufacturer\u2019s goats cheeses are being pulled off shelves due to the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes.<\/p>\n he affected products are the Cricket St Thomas Capricorn Goat Cheese, Somerset Capricorn Goat Cheese and Somerset Capricorn Goat Cheese.<\/p>\n These products are sold in supermarkets Waitrose, Tesco and Morrisons, as well as the Co-op Goats Cheese, sold in Co-op.<\/p>\n
