In a previous video, which has been watched by over 10 million people, @Nannabea showed her step-by-step guide to making Yorkshire puddings in the air fryer.

After pre-heating her air fryer, she took eight individual round tins – ceramic dishes work just as well – and put a small knob of lard in each one. Vegetable oil can also be used.

After putting them in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to get hot, she then poured in her Yorkshire pudding batter – which is made up of equal ingredients and can be adjusted depending on how many you want to make.

“I use the equal quantity method,” she told fans. “Not weight, just equal quantities. I always say cup, but you can use a jug, a smaller jug, could use a great whacking bowl – it doesn’t as long as it’s equal quantities.

“If you fill a bowl right up to the top with flour, you then fill it right up to the top with milk. And then you fill it up to the top with eggs.

“I can’t tell you how many eggs, even though people still ask me – I don’t know how big your eggs are!

“And I also don’t know how big your bowl or jug is,” she remarked.

Ingredients:

- One cup of plain flour

- One cup of milk

- One cup of eggs

Whisked together.

Each tin had equal amounts of batter poured in and then put into the air fryer for 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. After the timer ends, huge Yorkshire puddings emerged from the air fryer.
