To do this, roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.<\/p>\n This could be with any flour, even coconut varieties, according to Katie. She suggested adding more flour a little at a time if the dough is too sticky to roll out. Continue to toll it until it is just less than one quarter of an inch thick.<\/p>\n In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar and cinnamon to form a paste and then spread over the dough in one even layer.<\/p>\n Cut into long strips then roll each one up as tightly as possible to form the swirl pattern.<\/p>\n Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and transfer to the preheated oven (200C). Bake for 20 minutes until firm but still gooey.<\/p>\n Serve plain or top with a basic cinnamon roll glaze made from:<\/p>\n Whisk the ingredients together until the glaze is thick but loose enough to drizzle over the rolls with a spoon.<\/p>\n\n
