100g caster sugar<\/p>\n

65g self-raising flour<\/p>\n

40g cocoa powder<\/p>\n

For the chocolate ganache topping:<\/b><\/h3>\n

300ml double cream<\/p>\n

300g dark chocolate<\/p>\n

For the cream filling:<\/b><\/h3>\n

300ml double cream, whipped<\/p>\n

To decorate:<\/b><\/h3>\n
